We’re looking for an Experienced Amazon Marketer, with a Minimum of three (3) Years of Experience in this Space. Ideally you would have run your own Amazon Business at some point. The role is rather dynamic, since you’ll be managing a team in addition to creating a Growth Strategy for AAVAs Amazon Channel. You should be familiar with everything the Amazons Marketing Machine has to offer, such as PPC, AMS, DSP & EBC, Brand Pages, Listings Optimization Best Practises, Amazon's A9 Algorithm changes and Ranking Products on Amazon using External Traffic.

Bottom Line, the position is a dynamic combo of: Teamwork, Strategy Building and actual Hands on Work. You’ll also have Profit and Loss responsibility and be given a lot of responsibility. Essentially a budget and targets :D. Should go without saying but you should be able to take Self-initiative and be high accountable for progress.

Let’s Recap, shall we:

  • Understanding of: Amalyze, Sellics, Helium10.
  • Ability to do Product Launches and Build Listings in addition to Optimizing them (Keywords images etc…)
  • Ability to work with Asana and other Project Management Tools.
  • Able to do KPI Tracking and Development.
  • Demonstrable Experience in Building and Executing Internal (Amz PPC & AMS) External Traffic Growth Strategies.
  • Know yourself around Amazon Seller Central.
  • Understand Amazon: DSP Ads, PPC, AMS, EBC and the A9 and able to optimize ACOS.
  • CRM / Email Marketing skills (Amazon email followup sequences).
  • Ability to Build Landing Pages (Zon Pages for example) and run A/B Tests (Splitly).

As a person you are able to get stuff done but also able to think Strategically on a high level and even have some start-up experience under your belt, since you’ll be able to also Understand us better. You should also have effective verbal and written English, since our team is International. I’m also hoping that You have a positive and proactive attitude towards Life combined with teamwork skills. Why? In a startup environment, accountability combined with a doer attitude is a must – you will get your hands dirty from day one. You should also be analytical and able to crunch data for example from PPC reports and conducts A/B tests and figure out how to Optimize things (CRO) for a better Conversion and long term Revenue.
