German Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten - fully remote

What we are looking for

If you are available part-time (20 hours/week) to work with us, are an experienced Digital Marketing Manager and possess the characteristic of taking initiative and being committed, then we are looking for YOU! Working with us, these are the type of tasks you would be working on:

• Planning, coordination, realization and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns for LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Facebook ...
• Testing new marketing technologies and strategies for campaign segments (e.g. LinkedIn Sales)
• Developing campaign plans
• Coordination and adjustment as well as prioritization of all campaign-dependent actions and campaign-independent measures to achieve revenue, engagement and profitability targets or optimal range/visibility.
• Monitoring and reporting of performance on the basis of relevant KPIs, conducting detailed analyses and developing concrete recommendations for action

Your experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in online marketing with relevant experience in planning, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Creative team player with strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as strong decision-making and evaluative skills
• Experienced in project work, fit in agile methods
• Experience with international marketing campaigns, especially in Europe is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Hands-on mentality
• IT know-how is beneficial
