The highly successful InsurTech wefox was founded in Switzerland in November 2014. It successfully operates across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. wefox is customer centric and utilises an ecosystem of key brokers and insurance companies to meet customer needs of trust and simplification. By combining the most advanced technology with traditional insurance consulting know-how, wefox has already managed to acquire more than 250,000 customers. We are now in phase two of our growth and need to continue to increase scale and improve scalability as we enter additional markets.
Responsibilities
Your work has a great sustainable value for wefox by:
- Collaborating with Product Owners, UI designers, and iOS / Android / Mobile Web developers
- Creating prototypes and mockups and making adjustments between platforms if necessary
- Delivering superb and reasoned concepts for new features for our platforms that you evaluate by creating clickable prototypes and mockups
- Conducting usability research and remote interviews
- Identifying user needs and making proposals aimed at improving user experience
- Making high end designs, consistent for all platforms (Android, iOS and Web) and scalable to all devices
- Planning and defining A / B testing for specific projects that will have a high impact on the company’s KPIs
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of interaction and visual design principles
- Knowledge of conceptual and visual design tools such as Sketch, Invision and justinmind (or any other prototyping tool)
- Team player able to solve problems proactively, creatively and effectively
- Experience in designing and performing tests with users
- Agile background methodology experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in UI Design is a plus
