Das Grundstück auf dem die Projekte stattfinden sollen, befindet sich etwa siebzehn Kilometer von der Gemeinde Cullinan entfernt. Nicht zu nah, damit Tiere und die Natur in Ruhe leben können. Es ist ein ca. 3800 Hektar großes Naturschutzgebiet in dem mein Grundstück liegt. Es ist 25 Hektar groß. Darauf befinden sich drei Häuser. Das erste Haus ist ca. 280 qm, das zweite Haus ist ca. 130 qm und das dritte Haus ist ca. 60 qm groß.
In den Projekten können folgende Tätigkeiten/Berufe ausgeübt werden:
a. Waldarbeiter, Gärtner, Florist b. Zimmermann, Tischler, Dachdecker, Maurer und Hilfsarbeiter c. Elektriker, Elektroniker d. Koch, Haushaltshilfe e. Büroangestellte/r, Bürogehilfe f. Wildhüter, Tierpfleger g. Spirituelle/r Heiler/in
Ein 130 qm großes Haus ist perfekt als Backpacker-Unterkunft für 18-20 Personen geeignet. Das zweite Haus ist ein Guesthouse, für drei Personen.
Das Land (Buschland) ist bereits teilweise mit einem Wildzaun umgeben. Es gibt einen Wasserdamm auf der höchsten Stelle und zwei Bohrlöcher auf der tiefsten Stelle.
Geplant sind vier Parzellen, a vier Hektar, auf denen jeweils ein Baumhaus zum Vermieten errichtet wird. Die Mieter werden mit Wasser und Gas zum Kochen versorgt. Vorgesehen sind Besuche mit maximal zwei Personen.
Drei Aussichtsplattformen werden auf dem Gelände verteilt. Es dürfen zudem insgesamt drei Zelte – auf dem Grundstück verteilt - genutzt werden.
Es werden schmale Trials für Mountainbikes angelegt. Motorfahrzeuge sind für Touristen nicht erlaubt, um die Natur und die Wildtiere nicht zu stören.

a. Insbesondere bedrohte Tierarten wie Geparde, Kleinkatzen, Antilopen, Zebras, Vögel, Reptilien und wirbellose Tiere b. Verschiedene Biotope für unterschiedliche Lebewesen, wie Schildkröten, Echsen (z.B. Eidechsen), Schlangen c. Süßwasserbäche und Teiche d. Reptilien auffang bzw. Zuchtstation. e. Giftschlangen melken und Verkauf des Giftes an die Medizin Produktion. f. Brut - und Zuchtstation für bedrohte Vögel g. Auffangstation für misshandelte Haustiere
Ansiedelung von ursprünglicher Flora und Fauna a. Säuberung von Alien-Pflanzen aller Art b. Wiederansiedlung der natürlichen Bäume, Sträucher, Gräser und Pflanzen allgemein c. Baumschule, Aufzucht und Vermehrung der historischen heimischen Fauna d. Verkauf der neu gezüchteten Pflanzen
d. Für Kinder mit Behinderungen e. Unterrichtskurse im Bau Historischer Hütten und „Kanubau“ f. Anbau von Perma-Kulturen Gemüse- und Gewürzen und deren Verarbeitung g. Kulturelle, spirituelle und magische zeremonielle Sitzungen h. Herstellung von Klangschalen, Trommeln und anderer Musikinstrumente sowie vortragen der kulturellen Heillieder i. Jugendliche, die Kunststoff und metallische Wertstoffe sammeln und ein Recyclingprogramm starten. Beispiel Cap-Town. j. Eine kleine Schule für Kinder deren Eltern kein Schulgeld bezahlen können, sie kommen aus den Townships. (Slum)
Dieses Unterfangen ist, wie jeder sehen kann, ein Langzeit-Projekt. Wir fangen klein an und bauen langsam auf. Die Betonung liegt in diesem Fall auf „langsam“. Denn nur, wenn wir langsam und nachhaltig das Vertrauen der heimischen Bevölkerung gewinnen können, wird unser Ziel dauerhaft Erfolg haben.

Every day we lose a bit of nature in South Africa as well as native animals, flora and fauna. Many people have no future but are full of hope.
I am an individualist who brings up the courage and would like to improve this situation in South Africa with financial resources and physical / mental work in the long term and for the future of our children.
The land on which the projects are to take place has an area of 25 hectares and is located about 17 kilometres from the municipality. Not too close, so animals and nature can live in peace. There are three houses. The private house is about 280 sqm, the second house is about 130 sqm and the third house is about 60 sqm.
Primarily, people who live in poverty are to be helped by creating jobs.
The following activities / professions can be carried out in the projects:
A. Forest worker, gardener, florist B. Timberman, carpenter, roofer, bricklayer and helper C. Electrician, electronics engineer D. Cook, help in housekeeping E. Office worker, office assistant F. Gamekeeper, Ranger for snakes handling. G. Spiritual Healer
A 130-square-meter-house can be perfectly used as a backpacker accommodation for 12 persons.
The second house is a guesthouse for three people.
The land (bushland) is already surrounded by a wild fence. There is a water dam on the highest point and two drill holes on the lowest point.
A very large tree which is ideal for a tree house is also available.
There are four plots, four hectares each, on which tree houses are built for rent. The tenants are supplied with water and gas for cooking. The tree houses are provided for maximum two persons.
Three observation platforms are distributed on the premises. A total of three tents can be used on the property.
There are small trails for mountain bikes. Motor vehicles are not allowed for tourists, to not disturb the nature and the wild animals.

This venture is, as everyone can see, a long-term project. We start small and build it up slowly. The emphasis in this case is on the word "slow". Only if we can gain the confidence of the local population slowly and sustainably our target will be successful on a long-term basis.
