"Palm Beach symbolizes the decorum of the old world with the dynamic energy of the modern," Delgrange agrees with Lauder. In today's world, politeness is definitely a selling point. The combination of cheap taxes (attractive to the financial giants who have shifted their offices), secure neighborhoods, and proximity to the beach, makes it simple to understand why so many people are moving south.
